The TCC 2003 conference will be using an online bulletin board for various activities, including Help-Desk discussions, general public announcements, open forums, and paper discussions. Please create a bulletin board account, access the bulletin board, and be ready to participate. Once you have created a bulletin board account, you will NOT have to create it again. Just remember your log-in name and password. The next time you log-in, you will use the same log-in name and password.
