Chinatown

Chinatown, like the city
of Honolulu itself grew up around Honolulu Harbor. Today it sits
next to the modern skyscrapers of the business and financial district.
Chinatown today still has the flavor and character of almost two
centuries ago when the first Chinese came to Hawai'i. It provides
a cultural touchstone for modern Asian immigrants.
